Lee Hyori sends a tweet to the dog who suffered from the ‘devil Equus’ accident

Lee Hyori recently tweeted regarding the ‘devil Equus’ accident that has been heating up the web.

On April 22nd, the singer tweeted, “As a same human, I’m ashamed and I am sorry. I hope you aren’t reborn as a weak dog that’s unable to speak in your next life…”

Lee Hyori’s tweet was referring to the horrible accident, known as ‘devil Equus’, that had recently occurred. The accident has arroused the anger of many netizens and pet lovers alike, after photos of a dog dangling behind the trunk of a Hyunda Equus sedan with a mere leash attached around its neck were uploaded on various internet communities titled ‘devil Equus’.

According to several sources, the driver did not want the interior of his new sedan becoming dirty. Therefore, the driver had put the dog in the trunk but left it slightly open for air to get through. Unfortunately, as the driver gained speed on the freeway, the dog fell out of the trunk without the driver knowing.

Upon hearing news of the accident, netizens and the humane society were outraged. The driver has released a clarification through a third party, however, the fury online has not died down.

Fans and netizens replied to Lee Hyori’s tweet saying, “This breaks my heart“, “I can’t believe somebody would do such a thing in the first place“, and “This is tearing me up.”

SISTAR tops Billboard’s ‘K-Pop Hot 100′ with “Alone”

There seems to be no obstacles in the way of SISTAR‘s domination of the charts, on top of killing Korean digital and physical sales, the girls have gone on to top the Billboard ‘K-Pop Hot 100‘ chart!

On April 19th, Starship Entertainment revealed that the girls had finally put an end to Busker Busker’s position at the top by topping it with “Alone” for the third week of April.

Despite the comeback of big hit stars like 4minute and Nell, SISTAR has managed to secure their place at the top for over a week into their comeback.

Who did the best parody of G-Dragon’s ‘seaweed’ hairstyle?

On April 20th, Big Bang made an appearance as a guest on SBS’s ‘Go Show‘ and leader G-Dragontalked about his exotic hairstyle, which fans have called the ‘seaweed’ hairstyle.

As ‘Go Show”s MC Go Hyun Jung asked G-Dragon how he felt about his new hairstyle becoming a hot issue, the trendmaker answered, “My hairstyle has both pros and cons. It looks really fancy and cool on stage, but all the hair kept on getting inside my mouth during concerts.”

He continued, “But I found a solution to this problem. Now when I rap, I lean my head slightly to the right so that my hair doesn’t get in the way. Also, sometimes when I hit my hair, it returns back to its original position!”

G-Dragon’s hairstyle has been nicknamed the ‘seaweed’ hairstyle and has been parodied by various comedians in different comedy and variety programs.

On March 24th, comedian Ahn Young Mi copied the hairstyle on tvN’s ‘Comedy Big League‘. Also, comedian Yang Se Hyung dressed up as G-Dragon with the seaweed hair on the April 3rd episode of SBS’s ‘Strong Heart‘. On the same show, comedian Boom brought in actual seaweed to show a hilarious parody of the singer as well!

Also, even though not shown on the ‘Go Show’, national MC Yoo Jae Suk seems to have wanted the same hairstyle as G-Dragon, as he transformed into ‘G-Drasuk’ on SBS’s ‘Running Man‘!

Super Junior’s Eunhyuk thanks fans for ‘Mr.Simple’ album sales

On April 21st, Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk tweeted, “I know it’s a little late but thank you. When I first heard that we hit the 500,000 sales mark, it seemed unreal but it feels great and gives me pride. I thank everyone who bought the album. With this strength, we will prepare the 6th album well,” and thanked all the ELF out there.

Eunhyuk also added, “And thank you ‘Eunhyukdotcom’ for the celebratory cake. I will leave a comment soon” and shared the two above photos.

Eunhyuk and Leeteuk are seen holding up the cake and smiling for the camera, probably right before digging into the cake.

After seeing Eunhyuk’s tweets and pictures, netizens commented, “Congratulations on the 500,000 sales“, “Hope to hear more songs soon“, and “I wish you guys daebak on the 6th album!”

As reported earlier, Super Junior recently hit the 500,000 sales mark for their album ‘Mr.Simple’.

Suzy and Eric couple up for ‘Invincible Youth 2′

Shinhwa‘s Eric and miss A‘s Suzy became a couple for the newest episode of ‘Invincible Youth 2‘!

On the April 21st episode, Shinhwa emerged on set, surprising the G6 girls. Out of the girls, Suzy especially could not hide her excitement as she had picked Shinhwa on the previous episode as the guest she’d like to have on the show.

After the appearance of the legendary idol group, the members of Shinhwa and G6 paired up as couples through a unique game. The G6 members bit into apples in ways that they felt represented their individuality. The members of Shinhwa then selected the apple that appealed to them, and became partnered up with the members corresponding to the apples.

Out of the various apples, including one with teeth markings, one with nothing left but seeds, and one bitten into the shape of a heart, Eric chose one that turned out to belong to Suzy.

The two made such a cute couple that other members could not help but comment, “You guys look really good together. It’s a good thing you guys met.”

Big Bang’s T.O.P reveals the qualities in a woman he dislikes the most

Big Bang‘s T.O.P shared the qualities in a woman that turn him off.

On the April 20th episode of SBS ‘GO Show‘, the Big Bang members opened up about their dating styles.

Big Bang’s maknae Seungri revealed that T.O.P never spoke informally to his girlfriends when dating in the past.

“I always speak formally. I think it’s good to create some space between us,” T.O.P explained. “I thought like that since I was young. I get to know them from a distance.”

“When you fight, you end up speaking informally when you want to curse,” he continued. “Speaking informally is the same as cursing when you speak formally on a regular basis.”

When asked which qualities he disliked in the opposite sex, T.O.P remarked, “I don’t like when they are impolite or unmannerly, and I don’t like when they use profanity in their speech.”

miss A’s Suzy to host ‘M! Countdown Hello Japan’ with MBLAQ’s Lee Joon

miss A‘s Suzy and MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon will be co-hosts for Mnet‘s ‘M! Countdown Hello Japan‘.

‘M! Countdown Hello Japan’ is a large-scale M! Countdown concert that will be held at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan, on April 25th. Mnet will be putting on the show in collaboration with music channel Space Shower TV.

As of now, 16 teams have been confirmed for the event, including Dynamic Duo, miss A, Busker Busker, SECRET, SISTAR, U-KISS, Yoon Mirae, A-Pink, MBLAQ, John Park, Supernova, Tiger JK, 4minute, FT Island, and more. The event will be broadcast on Mnet, on April 26th at 6PM.

Suzy who will be hosting the event with Lee Joon, has drawn attention for her charming mannerisms as an MC on Show Music Core, and has also stood as a special MC numerous times on M! Countdown. Her partner Lee Joon has also impressed with his ability to efficiently lead on M! Countdown, as well as other music programs.

Suzy showed her determined attitude to do well by saying, “I will work hard to lead the show as a successful music festival,” while Lee Joon remarked, “I work well with Suzy when we host together, and I think we can display good chemistry this time around as well.”

The pairing of Suzy and Lee Joon became a hot topic of conversation amongst netizens, as Suzy previously drew attention on a past episode of MBC Everyone‘s ‘Weekly Idol‘, when she selected Lee Joon as a celebrity she wanted to become close with.
